Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
1. Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects
2. Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects
3. Recommend solutions to issues in constructive ways
4. Co-ordinate & book appointments for the sales team with the emphasis on high-quality leads
5. Work on outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/secondary data sources
6. Conduct daily follow-ups on older leads and work on new leads
7. Create a business from new and existing customer accounts
8. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
9. Try to be familiar with initiating cold calls to potential customer databases
10. Maintain & update existing customer databases
11. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
