Sales & lead generation specialist for IT company-  - BBA, MBA

Role & Duties

Meet and introduce Rista Technology platform and value proposition to the potential Businesses in major cities in India. Manage B2B consultative sales and build relationships with the top management of the existing and the new clients. Understand the client's business requirements and processes and explain how our software platform and tools can help them achieve the desired business goals. 

Will develop in-depth domain knowledge of the F&B industry and their processes along with Rista software tools that can help businesses optimize operations and grow sales.

Be able to cold-call to generate leads, pitch the platform to a client, demonstrate product features, gather client's business requirements, send a commercial proposal, and negotiate to close the deal.

Compensation

Our CTC packages are highly competitive and is commensurate to the experience of the candidates. This role is eligible for Fixed + variable compensation.


Qualifications: 


MBA, BBA / and or B.Com / M.Com

Good communication, extrovert, socially confident & pleasant personality is a plus as this role requires heavy client interaction and relationship management including top management. 


Excellent oral and written communication skills are the must to excel in this role. Good analytical thinking and people skills with ability to demonstrate & train people on the software functionality.
