Job Description
- We have a great opportunity to you to work with Accounts Role that we have got openings for a Japanese MNC, IT Industry for the Key Accounts in Bangalore.
- Achieve assigned Box and Revenue targets.
- Generate prospect through suspect calls.
- Identify and penetrate into potential new business / customers to develop new accounts.
- Manage existing customers
- Evaluate customer’s requirements / potential.
- Provide alternative solutions proposals focused on customer’s need.
- Order collection and it’s timely processing for installations.
- Update customers regularly on new product / services.
- Maintain regular contact with customers as per customer care call calendar.
- Implement customer care programs in the field.
- Plan and prioritize improvements in territory and customer coverage.
- Analyze field data / reports and implement improvements in sales processes.
- Adhere to sales support program guidelines as per schedule.
- OTHERS / SUPPORT/ SECONDARY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collect customer feedback on product and services.
- Collect and communicate current field information on competitors’ sales and service activities.
- Maintain daily sales record and prepare reports for management information.
- Experience in Corporate Sales of office automation products.
- Should be Smart, Aggressive & Good Communication Skills.
- Should be customer focused.
- Should be able to travel within the local/ assigned territory.
- Should have good analytical skills.
- Should have strong knowledge and experience of selling printers/ scanner/ photocopiers.
- Candidates should possess 2 to 8 years of experience in the above profiles.
