We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to come in and help us take our team to the next level.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Must be experienced in handling team of 5+ employees.
  • Must be experienced in handling training sales
  • Drives business development and lead generation to acquire new customers and grow them.
  • Achieving exceptional conversion on in-coming leads from marketing.
  • Focus on existing large accounts and expand them with focus on recurring revenue streams
  • Build strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers
  • Achievement of key metrics of conversion and revenue consistently
  • Work very closely with the team for lead development and customer success
  • Leverage sales tools available to drive efficiency
  • Strong phone and interpersonal skills
  • High energy level
  • fast-paced personality
  • Motivated by goal attainment and performance measurement
  • Must be tech-savvy.
  • Able to articulate and evangelize the value of hybrid cloud IT solutions in the current market

The best candidate for this role should or could have:

  • 7+ Years of experience in Business Development/ New Client Acquisition
  • Must be from Training Industry & handled training sales
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience required
  • A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus
  • Good communication, written and negotiation skills
  • knowledge of current Cloud trends
  • Proven experience in Sales; selling preferably in a Technology Company or a SaaS product company
  • Knowledge about building proposals for corporate training
  • Knowledge about using Excel and PowerPoint to build reports and charts
