- Job Tile: Sales Manager

- Previous Experience: Candidates with previous experience in student counselling at IAS / CET / NEET / Software / Hardware / IELTS training institutes would be preferred
- Basic Requirement: Candidate is required to work on Saturday & Sunday and will get 1 weekday off
- Locations: Indiranagar, Jayanagar, Malleshwaram
- Monitoring of all leads coming in from all sources - Just Dial, Urban Pro, Facebook, Google etc.
- Methodical follow up of all leads within a few hours of enquiry - on CRM
- Report creation for calls made, responses and follow up measures
- Attending to enquiries of students & parents
- Answering phone enquiries and other follow up enquiries
- Counselling students and parents and converting enquiries / Walk in's to enrollments
- Ensuring appropriate courses being suggested along with up selling courses and relevant materials
- Enrollment procedures as per DQ Labs requirements including Photograph, payments etc.
- Onboarding procedure - Issuing receipts for enrolled students, ensuring books are given, online activation, Whatsapp group etc.
- Ensuring the fees received in cash / cheque / EDC etc. is deposited on within 24 hours into the relevant bank accounts
- Ensuring all enrollment details are updated at the end of the day
- Single point of contact for students and parents - Coordination & communication by email, SMS, Whatsapp, phone calls etc.
- Analysis of enrollments, expectations from parents / students, feedback
- Understanding what is lacking and suggesting improvement techniques before issues escalate
- Competitor Analysis - Formal & Informal
- Follow up with students progress and ensuring that they have completed the course as per enrollment
- Follow up with payments and ensure payments are completed on time from students
- Maintaining a good relationship with students
- Interacting with students and getting informal feedback from them
- Ensuring that parents are kept informed of students progress
- Ensuring discipline with students
- Ensuring the overall upkeep of the premises
- Ensuring that classes happen as per schedule
- Ensuring that Rent, Bills etc are paid
- Office requiremens to be ensured (Stationery materials, housekeeping materials etc.)
- Strong Communication (English and at least one other language)
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Drive (Docs, Spreadsheet etc.)
- Good Online Research skills
- Process oriented and meticulous in accounting
- Enthusiastic and self motivated to handle things independently
- Proactive
- Strong sales skills
