Job Description
- Assist the manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy, Coordinate operations
- Ensure schedules and objectives are met, Motivate staff and maintain a positive work Environment
- Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs and specifications Problem-solving, Follow up with leads aggressively.
- Create an effective sales pitch and strong sales collateral.
- Innovate on sales strategy and lead generation channels.
- Accountable for all aspects of the sale, from pricing negotiations to contract development
- Responsible for sourcing, generating & closing new acquisition: action towards targets.
- Develop Relationship, Lead the sales strategies to penetrate all segments within prescribed territory in middle market
- Channel development by maintaining existing Distributors and Appointing new distributors in untapped markets.
- Manage sales activities of partners to generate revenue.
- Work with partners to create and execute business plans to meet sales goals.
