Job Summary:

We are launching a world-class e-learning platform that is designed to bring a revolution to the Indian education sector. As a Sales Manager, you will continuously maintain a reach to potential clients, and launch a new initiative to onboarding new clients weekly. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Report to: Project Manager - Sales

Responsibilities:

 Initiating phone conversations with teachers, coaching centers, and school owners. Identifying, building, and nurturing client relationships. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. Building a high performing team by providing strong mentorship, coaching, and guidance. Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis. Managing a team of 1-5 people. Product demo and making calls on the potential leads and convert them into clients. Maintaining documents and prepare performance & sales reports.

Requirements:

 Any Graduate. 3-6 years of sales experience. Previous sales experience in B2B is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
