Job Description
- The candidate will look after the entire sales of Punjab and Himachal Pradesh
- The candidate might have to travel extensively for all these locations as and when advised by the management
- Assess the strengths and weakness of sales team and mange the sales program accordingly.
- Provide on the ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and manage relationship with them
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics.
- Team builder with the positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
- Should be well aware of Industries, OEM’s.
- The ideal candidate should be one who is catering to Different Industries & selling/marketing Electrical (Industrial) products.
- Must be Strong in Channel Distribution
- Should be a local person at Chandigarh & not from outstation
- Preferred Age between 27-35 years
- Good Credibility, Integrity and Stability
