Sales TARGET Assigned

·         Building an elite team of Sales & Target Assign to the Team

·         Regular Activities of Promotion & Work allocation for the Team.

·         Daily Customer Enquiry & conversion ________ & Booking Confirmation given to the Branch Head.

·         Monthly booking ­­­_________ & confirmed Delivery to the customers________.

·         List of Activities­­­­­­­­­­___________, _____________, _____________, ________________.

·         Report and Enquiry should submit for all the Activities.

·         Daily Call Flow of the Team and Head ___________, and Result has to be Monitor and document by the Branch Head.

·         Marketing activities of Advertisement, paper insert, Road rally Etc report submission on budget and sales conversion in monthly/ daily basis.

·         Report on sales by overcoming objections; Asking for sales; Negotiating price and Gifts provided to the Customer.

·         Feedbacks report of Customer on demands and prompt addressing to the customer.

·         Provides sales management reports showing sales pipeline; Leads, deals and deliveries.

·         Execute promotional activities and new product launch.

·         Maintain gross profit objectives.

·         Maximize CSI “Corporate Social Investment” and customer retention.

·         Comply with process, policy and systems requirements.


Key Responsibility Area:

 

·         Experience through all aspects of a professional sales process; greeting, qualifying,

·         Presenting, matching the right product, gaining commitment, celebrating the delivery including delivery gift of customers & Photo.

·         Managing customer expectations throughout the transaction.

·         Successful Sales Team will demonstrate characteristics that are results oriented with professional, customer centered focus, self-driven, positive outlook, professional appearance & communication.

·         Ensure monthly and overall annual sales targets product category wise of client wise are achieved for the respective branch and wherever serious fall is noticed seek guidance from the Branch GM to put things back in order.

·         Completing intent to purchase form, explaining provisions & offering Warranties of Free Service, apparel, accessories, Delivering Bikes and maintaining Relationships.

·         Qualifies buyers by understanding buyer’s requirements and interests; matching requirements and interests to various models; building rapport.

·         Enhances dealership reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

·         Execute promotional activities and new product launch: Responsible to communicate the promotional activities as intimated by Management in the most cost -effective manner and thus ensure maximum ROI “Return on Investment” from the same.

·         Responsible to carry out and complete annual PSI process for the assigned product.

·         Looks after the purchase requests for assigned product category and coordinates for the same.

·         Responsible to solve the customer queries and problems within the defined timelines.

·         Keep close track of technical complaints from the customers and ensure through inter departmental coordination that they are being resolved within specific timelines.

·         Develops buyers by prospecting and maintaining relationships with previous

Customers, Outbound calling for leads, responding to online and phone inquiries.
