Job Description
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Young and pleasing personality with good written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidate must have passion for field sales profile.
- Maintain Daily Activity Report (DAR) on a daily basis with complete details of customer (Name, address, telephone No.).
- Must be familiar with direct selling techniques with proven field sales experience. (B to C) door to door selling. Cold calling.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in previous company.
- Working with team on building sales and marketing strategies to achieve targets and future growth.
- Will be directly involved in promotional activities in societies, malls, markets, business parks etc.
- A high degree of self-motivation and drive with ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Entrepreneurial thinking mindset: Self-motivated and self-directed with an ability to think innovatively.
- Passion for Results: High degree of commitment.
- Must be good with mail drafting & writing skills, can write professional mails/ Business mails.
- Candidate will be reporting to Zonal Sales Manager with dot line reporting to Sales Head.
- Candidate should be able to handle and coordinate multiple tasks when required.
- Candidate located in Delhi NCR will be preferred.
- Must have 2 wheeler.
- The profile does not involves any technical selling.
