Job Description
- To generate revenue by selling of financial products in assigned territory.
- To build and manage a team on roll and off roll on fixed+variable model.
- To monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to product development team at HO
- To monitor customer satisfaction and keep the HO informed about the customer retention measures required.

Gramin Micro Credit Foundation (“GMCF”) is a micro finance company registered and licensed as Non Profit making Company in November 2015 with a mission to alleviate poverty through lasting solutions that help people to transform their lives and empower their standard of living. We help those women entrepreneurs who are motivated to change their lives. We at GMCF not only giving Financial Credit to these women but also guiding them how to use their skills and increase their income. We are targeting lower income group families involved in the business of small grocery shops, milking cattle, vegetable vendors, fruit vendors, cloth shops, artificial jeweler shops, cosmetic shops, small snacks and tea vendors etc.
We are currently marking our presence in Delhi NCR, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and Bihar and intend to expand our wings pan India in near future. Till date we have financially supported more than 2000 women entrepreneurs across these locations.
Company is having a vision that by end of year 2018, More than 7,000 of people will be benefited through our program and give their family a happy life ahead.
