Product Negotiation (with Airlines)
Ticketing Supervision and Client Servicing
Relationship Management
Assisting M.I.C.E operations team
Streamlining and supervision of overall operations
Corporate Sales and Relationship management
Re-structuring of Outbound Tour division
Overall management of operations i.e. Reservations & Ticketing.
Managing Relations with all the corporate clients.
Responsible for supervising International Travel Division for making itineraries, fare construction, issuance of manual and BSP tickets.
Sales Promotion.
Interaction with airlines with regard to confirmation of seats, incentive / deals etc.
Maintaining of Quality Check.
Itinerary planning, costing & liasoning with ground handlers for MICE enquiries.
Creating Quotation based on the requirements
Managing the operation and ground handling - Travel in case of overseas event
Visiting and handling the MICE Sales Business Development/ Corporate Sales.
Responsible for creating sales revenue from new and existing customers and maximizing revenue generation within a specific key region.
Maintaining and retaining corporate accounts and developing relationship with them.
Good relations within key decision makers at corporate
Experience with pitching upscale products
Brainstorming and idea in communication strategy and presenting the finalized concept to the client.
Visiting MICE business clients
Contacting Hotels & suppliers
Negotiating prices
Coordinating with all the departments and ensuring effective execution.
Meeting and exceeding sales targets and profit margins for the MICE Sector
Maintaining client data base
