Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for the Business Development of Injection Moulds and manufacturing projects to increase revenues and profitability for the company from cold calling stage to the closure of deals including the Proposal Drafting.
- An ideal candidate must be having a passion for working with dig data, deep learning intelligence, and a strong determination for achieving performance metrics In terms of Injection Moulds Projects.
- He must an MBA (Sales & Marketing) with excellent sales and negotiation skills, good planning and organizational skills and the capability to finalize the Order for Moulds calmly under pressure. Maintaining and improving relationships with the current as well as existing clients.
- He should have a minimum of 7-10 years successful sales experience preferably in related industries (Plastic Injection Moulds or similar products etc).
- Also must be having a proven track record of successful execution of Sales targets.
- Pleasing personality with a smart and passionate approach. Must have excellent communication skills and should be a self-motivator.
- The candidate will be responsible for the Targeted Sales of the Injection moulds and manufacturing projects in White Goods and Appliances Industries preferably to increase revenues and profitability of the company.
- He must have excellent sales and negotiation skills, project planning for engineering projects and organizational skills and the capability to finalize the Order for Moulds and Products.
- Educational Qualification: MBA- Sales & Marketing.
