Job Description
We are looking for a passionate young sales
candidate having experience in the Real Estate Industry.
Duties & Responsibility:
v Solicit New Clients: A Real Estate Salesperson must always be on the lookout for potential new clients to buy, sell, and rent properties. They must take advantage of any new leads, turn them into appointments, and convince prospective clients to work with them.
v Track Local Market Conditions: A Real Estate Salesperson needs to have in-depth knowledge of the local area and real estate market. They should know market trends and neighborhood data and regularly preview local homes to have a sense of what is on the market.
v Guide Clients: Whether the client is buying, selling, or renting, the Real Estate Salesperson walks them through each step of the process. They advise clients on prices, mortgages, and market conditions. As the process advances, they help draft contract paperwork and guide negotiations.
v Search for Properties: When a client is seeking a new property, the Real Estate salesperson is their guide. They work with the client to understand their needs and then generate lists of potential properties. They also take the client to visit the properties and answer any questions.
v Market Properties: When assisting a client in selling or renting a property, the Real Estate salesperson must promote the property to potential buyers or renters. They help the client get the property ready for viewing, use advertisements, and listing services and regularly host open houses.
Core skills required: Based on job listings we looked at, employers want Real Estate Salespersons with these core skills. If you want to work as a Real Estate Salesperson, focus on the following.
- Active real estate/broker license.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business and client needs
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work remotely and independently meet timelines and deliverables
- Well organized, self-disciplined, and professional.
Requirement:
- Should have good convincing skills.
- Must have knowledge of Gurgaon locality.
- Should have good communication skills
- The candidate preferred 1 to 3 years of experience in core sales.
- Freshers are also welcome for willing to work in the real estate industry for good exposure.
