Job Description
We are looking for smart and dynamic graduates (Freshers) with good communication skills willing to work with ownership and drive. Roles and Responsibility would include
1. Sales of electrical products of Havells, Wipro, Crompton in Government Infrastructure Projects
2. Relationship building with both the stakeholders in a project - Government Contractor and Project Management Consultant (CPWD, NBCC, NHAI, etc)
3. Handling a product portfolio of Lighting, Fans, Cabels, Wires, etc
4. Identifying the new products that can be pitched to the contractors and partnering with the companies that manufacture those products thereby enhancing the product portfolio
5. Owning the complete project at all stages - right from the beginning till the end
6. The candidates would be working directly under the partners in the firm and would be required to required to handle a total portfolio of projects of close to 100 Billion Rupees
7. On top of the salary the candidates would be expected to earn incentives on all the deals closed. A monthly incentive of more than Rs. 10,000 can be easily achieved
8. Candidates would be required to attend client meetings on a frequent basis. They would be expected to visit the offices every alternate day
