- Responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
- Planning and target setting for the agent sales team.
- Recuirtment and Management of Agency channel team members.
- Formulating sales strategies for different products and achieving targets.
- Training, Motivating and Development of team members
