Job Description
- Responsible for a Qualified lead generation.
- Experience with Target market researching activities.
- Responsible for Monthly leads/pilots targets.
- Responsible to convert conversations into the trial projects with potential clients.
- A team player, someone comfortable in a highly collaborative, team-oriented culture.
- Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest new ideas. liaise with clients to find out their exact requirements.
- Collect deposits and balances.
- Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials.
- Handle unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.
- Attend conferences to maintain familiarity with interior design trends.
- Create and update electronic records of clients.
- Maintain relationships with key persons.
- Keep financial statements and documents.
- Reach the revenue and profit targets.
- Research suppliers and contractors, and then negotiate prices and hire.
- Coordinate suppliers, handle client queries and troubleshoot to ensure that all runs smoothly and to budget.
- Manage a team of staff, giving full briefings.
- Research opportunities for new clients.
