- Having Knowledge and understanding on/of - Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Creativity, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales
- Experienced in Relationship Development with Architects,
- Should have handled Key Accounts of minimum 50 Architects in Indore and 10 to 20 in Bhopal, 10 -10 in Jabalpur and Gwalior.
- Should have managed team of 4-10 Sales Executives.
- Person with extensive travelling experience in Central India for developing Market
- Appointment of Business Partners (Dealers in Bhopal, Jabalpur and Gwalior)Managing profitability of Business Partners
- End to end responsibility of creating sales for the organization. Capable to close 1-2 deals on daily basis. Or achieve a monthly target of 50 Lac and above in sales.
- Experience in conduction work-shops, seminars and architect meets.
- Should be able to create and recruit his own team.
- Updating Daily Sales Report & sharing it to Schueco
- Qualification: Graduate/Post Graduate from Any Stream. Should have own two wheeler and Android Mobile Phone. In case of dual Sim Phone Companies Whats app and mail shall be configured on the mobile phone.
- Interiors and Construction - Glass/Windows / Modular Kitchen/Plywood / Mica/laminates Industries.
- Companies - Aluminium and UPVC window manufacturers like Fenesta/Sales of Aluminium products especially in window and doors manufacturing.
- Experience : Candidates experienced in Facade Industries are preferred 2.Person with experience in Window manufacturing or selling/ handling dealership business for high-end construction materials like fittings for doors/kitchens/rooms/windows/tiles will have priority.
- CTC -25,000/ to 40,000/- Per Month + Petrol 1.5/km and Mobile Sim. Incentives can reach up to 25,000/- per month.
- Annual increment after confirmation will be as per HR Policy ranging between 10 to 25 %.
- Minimum job period of 2 years is a must. Candidates who can give a guarantee chq equivalent to 3 months’ salary may only apply.
- If you leave before 2 years you will have to pay us a Salary equivalent to 3 Months current Salary.
- After completion of 2 years you are free to work and continue with us, Guarantee Chq of 1 month notice period is only required.
