• Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules.
• Experience in Security / Bio-metric products sales
• Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support.
• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Meeting planned sales goals.

• Promoting the organization and products.
• Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
• Manage, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target.
• Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
• Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
• Leading, training, and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales, and meeting of individual and group targets

Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for sales of Digitals India Security Products PVT. LTD. like CCTV, Access Control System, Fire Alarm systems etc.
• Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
• Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
• Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
• Ensure adherence to laws and policies.
