Responsibilities:

Effectively plan and execute the sales strategy to deliver revenue goals and ambitious growth for the Enterprise advertising business.
Act as the face of marketing solutions with a strong ability to evangelize and educate senior client and agency executives on the LinkedIn platform.
Attract, recruit and develop world-class talent.
Coach the sales team to develop and maintain agency/client relationships to ensure we deeply understand their business objectives and deliver relevant solutions which drive meaningful value and results.
Prepare and present accurate and timely sales forecasts to the senior management team.
Consistently monitor the sales activity of the team and track results.
Manage escalations and participate directly in all aspects of the sales cycle to ensure value and member satisfaction.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of digital media and front-end sales experience
Experience driving revenue through the development of long-term strategic relationships
Deep understanding of B 2 C and performance-focused digital landscape / ecosystem
Proven track record of over achievement against revenue and growth goals
Sales leadership experience, including the ability to influence, develop and empower colleagues and team members to achieve shared objectives with a collaborative approach
Familiarity with the media agency landscape and knowledge of the Indian marketing and advertising ecosystem
