Job Description
Job profile and responsibilities of the Sales Manager :
- To create the entire Ground sales team either through full-time employees or part-time. The team should be credible and should have sales experience.
- To prepare an entire blueprint of sales strategy in entire Mumbai(4 regions),Thane & Navi Mumbai region
- To create an agency/agents network in entire MMR region with proper targets.
- Allocation of work and responsibility to the sales executive and agents region wise and create a coordination between the same.
- The Sales manager should at least have an experience of 4-5 years of ground sales and he must have handled a sales team in the past with success.
- Should have good communication skills in English and Hindi (preference will be given to a person who knows Marathi and Gujarati as well)
- Salary & Bonus: a salary package of Rs 3.5-4 lacs per annum plus a commission of 2% on the total sales routed through Sales Manager.
