JD FOR SALES MANAGER for UK Process

Overall summary:

We are looking for a talented and competitive Sales Manager that thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.

Reporting to the sales director, and working closely with Sr. Management will have overall responsibility for sales strategy, implementation and team management in India, U.S., U.K. and Europe region. This position offers a unique opportunity to advance a world class International sales function in one of the industry’s most highly regarded market research company.

The position will require occasional to moderate level of travel.

Primary Responsibilities:

·         Sourcing new sales opportunity through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.

·         Understanding client needs and requirements.

·         Generating RFQ’s (Request for new targeting)

·         Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.

·         Close sales and achieve monthly sales target and overall revenue generating targets

·         Research accounts, identifying key players and generate interest.

·         Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.

·         Perform effective online demos to prospects

·         Daily reporting of performed tasks to your Reporting Manager with details.

·         Convert cold leads to hot leads.

Requirements :

·         Experience in pre-sales/sales role involving lead generation, cold-calling, sales meetings

·         MBA/BBA/ BBM/B.Com preferred

·         Track record of over achieving sales target

·         Strong telephone etiquettes and should be able to make calls to International Global Market

·         Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools

·         Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong listening and presentation skills.
