Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting.
- Set the targets for the sales executives and other sales representatives and ensure the targets are realistic and achievable.
- Ensure proper reporting of what the team has done through out the week or month.
- Devise strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets and decide the future course of action for his team members.
- Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
- Responsible for brand promotion among potential and existing customers.
- Ensure to make team work as a single unit working towards a common objective.
- Ensure the team delivers desired results with proper Supervision. Track performances of the team.
- Client relationship management
- maintain necessary data and records for future reference.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Pleasant personality.
- Experience in selling products in similar security service profile
- Ability to work under pressure
