Accounts mapping, prospecting & managing customer relationships
To be single point of Contact for all Customer needs and to represent the company to the customer.
Acquiring new accounts for the company, building funnel & business plan for strategic large accounts
Delivery of sales & product presentations to customers
Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
Gathering market and customer information on existing setup, identify needs & decision-making process
Reviewing own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets on overall deal value & gross margin optimisation
Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements
Responsible for payments collections from customers
Retaining existing accounts and expanding the business potential in the same
Certification for various product technologies in Sales parlance
Introduction of new solutions and technology to customer by organising Presentation, Workshop and POC / Demos
Creating New Business Opportunities in the same accounts in terms of solutions and projects

Mandatory Skills

5-8 years of experience in Enterprise Sales with IT Software / Solution Sales
Knowledge of IT Service Management, Business Process Management, and Unified Communications & Contact Center solutions will be added advantage. Should be from IT Solution Sales background
Candidate should be based out of Mumbai or Bangalore with contacts in Enterprise Accounts at senior management
Education : BE-IT, MCA, MBA, Or Any Diploma in Marketing Management./ Sales Management. /Functional consultant in IT or in ERP./ From Cloud services selling background. Salary Not Disclosed by Recruiter
