Job Description
- Develop assigned Real estate micro markets across Mumbai.
- Achieve assigned sales targets in terms of revenue and number of customers.
- Jobs requires visiting and meeting prospective clients to understand their real estate requirements.
- Make Sales presentation and prepare business proposal to the client based on their requirement.
- Identifying the right rea; estate based on the specifications provided by the client.
- Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations.
- To develop new market, new territories, new clients and generate new business for the company.
- Finally close the sale with the client and achieve target sales.
- Gathering market and customer information.
- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
- Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
- Adhere to the instructions given by Area Managers/ seniors
- Adhere to the company policies and maintain highest levels of professional conduct
- Collaborate with team members on knowledge transfer, support policies, procedures and standards
