Regular follow up with the existing and new clients 

• Calling clients to know their requirement and arrange a face to face meeting. 
  
• Site visit with the client. 
  
• Provide quotations to the clients and should have complete product knowledge. 
  
• • Able to negotiate the terms of an agreement and close the sales lead. 
  
• Represent your organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations. 
  
• Identify new markets and business opportunities. 
  
• Preparing MIS report on sales and sending the same to the Sales Manager. 
  
• Review own sales performance. 
  
• Responding to incoming email and phone Inquiries 
  
• Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers. 
  
• Coordinating with clients for inventory of specific units as per the requirement.
