Job Description
Shift Timing: 9 pm-6 am
Working days: 5 days
Salary : upto 35k.
Responsibilities:
* Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
* Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
* Build and promote strong,long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
* Present sales,revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a sales executive or sales manager.
* Highly committed to achieve the goals and targets.
* Demonstrate ability to communicate,present and influence credibly and effectively to all levels of organisation.
* Strong verbal communication skills
* Excellent mentoring,coaching and people management skills.
* Should be comfortable with night shift.
