Job Description
- Responsible for managing sales and marketing of the assigned new Projects.
- Proactively working towards the product development by attracting the clients and convincing them for visiting the site.
- Answer the queries raised by the client related to the property dealing.
- Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
- Meeting the sales target by closing the valuable leads.
- Devise strategies & managed business development to enhance the revenues of the Organization.
- Handling customer queries for better customer satisfaction. Identifying prospective clients,
- generating business from the existing clientele to achieve business targets.
- Manage a team of sales professionals for sales generation & marketing of various projects
- Goal setting of the team members in accordance with the organization's goals and ensure the achievement of these goals on a monthly basis.
