Job Description
Job Summary:
The role involves your ability to identify and convert new business opportunities whilst building strong and effective working relationships with existing distributors.
To perform initial client support duties and support the sales team and distributors in the process of lead generation and conversion.
Devise and implement a strategy to deliver sales revenue for existing products.
To administer client database in co-operation with the Sales Team and updating of details/data relating to customer interactions in CRM on a regular basis.
Develop gap analysis to identify upsell opportunities within the existing customer base and also to identify new ;
Prepare marketing collaterals, sales proposals, follow-up and close sales from ;
Develop sustainable relationships with all relevant customer decision makers, influencers, and internal stakeholders.
Keep abreast of market trends and developments and provide input to senior management for decision making.
Provide customer support as required.
- The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate that they have the necessary administrative, technical skills, experience and competence to immediately add value to the work of the Company, Team and Clients and to ensure the timely delivery of delegated tasks and quality services under general supervision ; The appointee will:
- Possess very well developed interpersonal and communication skills and be able to give evidence of their ability to connect, both face to face and by telephone, with team members, distributors & clients
- Be results oriented and client focused
- Be able to provide examples of having worked on their own initiative and in teams in the past
- Be capable of exercising a high degree of delegated responsibility
- Have good organizational, and technical skills relevant to the role with ability to problem solve, pay attention to detail and deliver work to a high standard and to tight deadlines
- Essential Education Qualifications, Attainments and Experience
- Good general level of education with a MBA/BBA degree
- Have a high degree of computer literacy - to include competence in the following applications - word processing, spreadsheets, databases, file management, e-mail and the internet.
- Excellent numeracy skills with knowledge and skills in the preparation and maintenance of proper financial records and banking procedures and reporting on same.
Desirable Skills, Abilities & Experience
- Prior experience and / or ability to carry out crm functions and a knowledge CRM software
- Knowledge of operation of IT networks.
- Ability to facilitate and support the work of team members
