Job Description
Role: Manager - Business Development
Responsibilities:
• Build new client relationships
• Create business opportunities
• Manage and track sales activities
• Actively and successfully manage the process of lead generation and negotiate closures
Key activities:
• Email marketing, Creating business potentials
• Studying product & customer’s needs in depth
• Providing sufficient details of product to prospects
• Knowing the customers better and maintaining clear records of all sales activities
• Present online demos to prospective clients
• Building a relationship with prospective clients with email drip marketing campaigns
• Documenting RFP, RFQ
• Online bidding (elance/Guru/Upwork)
• Interacting with CIO, CEO, CFO, Top Management, and Decision Makers
• Maintain and build up regular ongoing relationship with your clients through Skype, LinkedIn and other online social network
• Prepare sales strategies for enhancement of market share, Identifying market opportunities, customer requirements, competitor's share etc.

Experience:
0-3 years. Experience in Sales or Roles involving customer interactions would be an added advantage.
Salary:
INR 3.8 - 6.2 LPA, Deserving aspirants can expect higher compensation.
