Designation: Branch Sales Officer,B.S.O/C.S.O ( Onroll )
Key Responsibility Areas:
1) New customer acquisition for Current Account & Saving Account( CASA Sales).

2) Ensure quality sourcing of new customer and cross-sell different banking products like Loans, Life & General Insurance and Mutual funds.

3) Penetration of Fixed Deposit to existing & new customers

4) Generate leads of customer through field activity, direct customer meetings, references, internet mining & market mapping.

5) Ensure quality customer service is delivered.

6) Meeting productivity norms and monthly target defined by the Bank.

7) Strictly adhere & maintain KYC norms compliance.

8) Follow the norms, regulation & practices of banks religiously.
NOTE: This Job requires field work. (No sitting job)

Eligibility:
1. Any Graduate or Post Graduate(MALE Candidates).

2. Experience – 0 to 4 Yrs ( Sales & marketing experience preferred )

3. Age: 21-35 years.

4. Must have flair in sales & marketing.

5. Should be a target & result oriented personality.

6. Should be smart, confident and possess decent personality.

7. Ability to build and maintain strong relationship with new and existing customers.

8. Fresher and Experience Both are Eligible for Interview.

1. Carry 2 Photographs + Updated Resume. 2. Carry 10th, 12th, Graduation & PG Original Mark sheet + Two Photocopies each. 3.
