Business Development Intern will work closely with International Clients/Domestic clients as a member of Sales to create a focused market strategy. He/she will be pro-active in sales activities both International and domestic to convert prospects into clients. He/she will be the primary contact of the Opportunity Management Process (Prospect, Evaluate, Propose and Close) and will manage new prospects and clients.

 

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Represent the organization for new business and relationship development in the IT Services and Oil and Gas industry, targeting Fortune 500, 1000 companies and build company market position by creating new revenue streams to augment business growth.
  • Responsible for interaction with Direct Clients.
  • Looking for a highly energetic, creative person who is comfortable working in a start-up environment.
  • Experience in developing sales strategies, conducting cold calls, closing techniques and pricing proposals will be a big plus.
  • Coordinating with the team of recruiters.
  • Sharing CV’s with the client as per the client requirement.
  • Follow up with Recruiters till the candidates get on board.

Required Skills:

  • Prefer candidates with experience in lead generation, market research and strategy development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technology or business field required.
  • Experience in interacting with clients in US / Middle East is a big plus
  • Knowledge of one or more of the following industries: Software development, technology industry (IT) and Oil & Gas industry and US recruitment industry.

Other perks and Requirements:

·        Work from home position with flexible hours (~20hrs week)

·        Computer with internet at own expense is required for this position.
