Job Description
- To oversee the quality of delivery of all project commitments to clients and our end customers for complex worldwide projects.
- Executive level relationship management with the clients and/or our end user customers.
- Will be responsible to work with clients as the primary point of contact and communication, both internally and with all post project implementation activities and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Will manage the ongoing relationship with the client at a trusted advisor level, as well as, manage multiple projects and provide staffing and resource coordination.
- Responsible to rapidly establish command of the client’s technical environment and identify key features required for project success.
- To engage throughout the relationship lifecycle with the client - Presales through deployment and ongoing operations.
- Responsible for doing the quality check of each and every product developed by the team.
- Responsible for taking proactive action on feedback coming from various digital channels like Facebook etc. Convert the feedback into the specification and pass it to the technical team.
- To engage with assigned clients with escalated issues and explain them to the technical team.
- Set priorities for Apogaeis resources assigned to specific projects/accounts and provide performance feedback.
- Manage social media queries of customers.
- Excellent verbal & written English skills considering international communication.
- Excellent Email writing skills.
- QA and testing of the software products (the web and mobile).
- Quick learner & flexible to work for any role.
- Can handle pressure & work within a strict deadline.
- Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Must be a team player.
- Ability to work independently with less supervision.
- Project management skills.
- Market & Competition research about the services being offered by the company.
- Implement specific account management activities to increase penetration and expansion in assigned client organizations.
- Implement the findings of market and competition research.
- Work with the project teams to articulate value propositions and benefit statements for existing and new Clients.
- Drive new revenue opportunities within existing and potential clients
- Experience in Software Sales / Web Development / Implementation and Pre-Post sales activities.
- Experience in online bidding through various portals.
- Experience in Presales, Cold Calling, Lead Generation, Email Campaigning, RFI, RFP.
