Developing business Meeting with the builder, Architects collecting information about the new project and contanct details.
- Developing business from my territory
- Preparing costing, tendering and offer documents.
- Negotiate rate and terms and conditions with the client.
- Controling top line botom line activity.
- Project and contract management.
- Monitoring competitors activities.
- Interacting with internal & external customers to ensure maximum client retention and achievement of service revenues.
- Providing satisfactory services & support to ensure repeat business.
- Coordinating with backline Operations & Executions team for fluent service deliverable.
Collecting the payments, from all respective places.
Creating MIS for monthly basis & sending to the higher authority.
