Job Description

We are looking for a CRE for one of our client in the construction industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic and active candidates who can manage the customers.

Key Responsibilities

Be the SPOC of the organization for query handling, customer grievances, relationship development, and management, damage control
Build relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are engaged and getting the most value from our product
Handle customer orders on calls, WhatsApp, and Website.
Coordination with the operations team for order fulfillment.
Analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
Oversee third party relationships with CRM vendors.
Responsible for managing the direct marketing efforts for the Company's e-commerce business
Work with team to create and implement campaigns that promote customer loyalty, re-engage lapsed customers , and drive new customer acquisition along with cross-channel spending
