Job Description
We are looking for a CRE for one of our client in the construction industry. We are looking for an enthusiastic and active candidates who can manage the customers.
Key Responsibilities- Be the SPOC of the organization for query handling, customer grievances, relationship development, and management, damage control
- Build relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are engaged and getting the most value from our product
- Handle customer orders on calls, WhatsApp, and Website.
- Coordination with the operations team for order fulfillment.
- Analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
- Oversee third party relationships with CRM vendors.
- Responsible for managing the direct marketing efforts for the Company's e-commerce business
- Work with team to create and implement campaigns that promote customer loyalty, re-engage lapsed customers , and drive new customer acquisition along with cross-channel spending
