Job Description
We have an opening for LEISURE TRAVEL EXECUTIVE OPERATIONS (International & Domestic Holiday)
- Location: New Bel Road – Bangalore
- Experience: 1-6 Years
- Knowledge of Online Hotel Portal & Booking Engines
- Getting quotes from DMC’S and Travel Partners
- Getting Quotes from Hotels online & offline
- Blocking & Booking the confirmations to Hotels & DMCs
- Maintaining Regular Tariff Sheets for respective travel destination
- Using a booking system & Offline registered vendors to secure holidays
- Maintain payment schedules of Vendors
- Visa Coordination with Clients
- Advising clients on travel arrangements, e.g. visas and passports
- Sending out Travel Vouchers to clients
- Keeping clients up to date with any changes
- Taking care of all travel details & managing Records
- Dealing with complaints
- Co-ordination with vendors for bill submission, ticket issuance, cancellation, refund and visa processing.
- Handle process of invoices.
- Co-coordinating with accounts for vendor payments.
- Negotiating with hotels, airlines & DMCs for best business rates if required.
- Good communication skills
