Job Description
- Implement sales strategy to achieve sales target of Residential projects for Company.
- Focusing sales efforts by gathering current market trends on pricing, payment schedules etc.
- Provide guidance and support on a range of company services to ensure customers receive a professional, positive, customer-centric experience.
- Generate new sales and Identifying prospective customers.
- Detailed presentation and site visits to clients.
- Achieving clearly defined individual and team sales and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer queries, indecisiveness, skeptics, and confusion.
- Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, & activity reports submitted.
- Knowledge of MS Office and fluency in MS Word, Power point and Excel.
- Should be able to work under pressure of deadlines and monthly targets.
- Willingness to do 2-3 quality meetings in a day.
