Job Description
- Responsible for generating sales and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory
- Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
- Meeting the sales targets
- Devises strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales target
- Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.
- Should look forward to generating new opportunities for the organization.
- Brand promotion. Must make the product popular amongst the consumers
- Motivating team members
- Ensure team is delivering desired results. Supervision is essential. Track their performances.
- Maintain and submit team work report of what all they have done throughout the week and month. The performers must be encouraged while the non-performers must be dealt with utmost patience and care.
- Should act as a pillar of support for them and stand by their side at the hours of crisis.
- Should set an example for team members. Should be a source of inspiration for his team members.
- Maintaining and improving relationships with the client.
- Should maintain necessary data and records for future reference.
