Job Description
- You will carry out market research through Real Estate, Educational Institution, Hotels, publications, trade events, news to identify ideas for growth
- Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
- Accurately forecasts daily, weekly monthly &quarterly revenue streams.
- Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures
- Will have to drive Sales and the team to generate business through cold callings & client meetings.
- You will reach out directly or through team to target prospective business deals
- Should also keep an eye for Talented Resources for building the team later.
- You will filter out high potential deals by analysing business strategies, opportunity requirements / pre-requisites / financials, and internal priorities
- You will lead the team to close the deal and draw in resources from within the sales team & company to make it happen
- You will manage all contractual requirements and align the end result with the company’s internal operations and capabilities
- You will constantly keep upgrading your business development techniques, and help in enhancing the company knowledge base by participating in training and educational initiatives
