Job Description
- Maintaining and managing existing accounts to ensure business sustainability; forecasting sales targets and executing them in a given timeframe thus enhancing clientele
- Breaking new avenues & driving revenue growth by conducting opportunity analysis and keeping abreast of market trends/ competitor moves to achieve market-share metrics
- Delivering tasks on projects as guided by the Associate Director/ Manager - in design, development, delivery, and assistance with implementation of business advice/ solutions which enable clients to achieve their business objectives and which reflect best practice
- Engaging client counterpart in discussions related to the tasks/ project delivery and providing new perspectives/ insights
- Engaging in providing high level consulting services to the Management across the operational space, architecting innovative and proven concepts to enhance the policies, processes and invigorating the workflow with the Sales Manager and the Operations Manager
- Leveraging metrics from other industries to creatively tell the story of the impact of learning on an organization’s business results
