Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Proactively & efficiently support customers with quicker ability to solve the issues
- Develop, build, and manage a client base of corporate accounts
- Oversee the sales process at each stage from quote to purchasing to fulfillment and follow up
- Work with the Marketing Dept to develop and execute Corporate Sales initiatives
- Prospect new clients via sales calls, direct mail, email and networking events
- Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues
- IT Hardware Engineer with 1.5+ years of related industry experience
- Understand the basics of Hardware IT;
- Hands on Hardware experience with Desktops, Laptops, Workstations, Server, Storage & Networking devices
- Bachelors Degree, Commerce would be preferred
- Access to your own vehicle, valid drivers license
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and without supervision
- Customer oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player and self starter with a winning attitude
