Job Description
Positions: BDE, BDM
Required Experience: Fresher/ 1+year
Qualification: UG/PG, Preferably MBA/PGDM.
No. Of Openings: 20 (15 BDE, 5 BDM).
Salary: Rs.1, 80,000/- to 3, 60,000/- + Travel Conveyance + Mobile Conveyance.
Location: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai.
Required Skill set:
- Effective Communication Skills.
- Hands on Experience in Sales & Service.
- Presentation skills.
- Relationship Building.
- B2B Sales.
- To deal with top clients (Builder) in the industry.
- Ability to meet the Builders and developers to list their Properties in the portal, and give a presentation about the company services and close the deals in a target time. Take a feedback from the customers and help out the company to improve the services.
- Fix appointment with builders and listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale; maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets. Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
