- Masters Degree (MBA) and specialized in Marketing Field / Graduate degree with at least 6-month relevant experience
- Minimum of 01 year experience in the IT Marketing field.
- Minimum of 01 year experience Sales experience, preferably selling IT / ITeSb solutions directly to the end clients.
- Excellent MS Office Skills for Documentation / Presentation and Reporting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong relationship building and account management skills
- Candidate must have his / her own 2 Wheeler for market visits
- Developing new contacts with tier 1 vendors / Clients.
- Should develop existing clients, build relationships with potential clients and their Project Managers and Sr. IT Executives.
- Should develop leads through development strategies and marketing plans.
- Should do lead prospecting, cold calling and email marketing
- Candidate will meet with clients to evaluate their needs and collaborate with business operations.
- Majorly Responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships,
- prospecting and generating business from new accounts and maintaining existing accounts.
- Contributing to the overall success of the steppingstone
- Willingness and initiative to learn, grow and contribute to the team's professional development
- Professional presence for facetoface meetings or trade shows is a must
