Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Achieving Enrolment as well as Revenue targets the company assigned.
- Follow up on the data provided by the Head HR.
- Understand customer requirement and be able to position the right candidate.
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Work with management team to identify and evaluate new target clients.
- To maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and potential client.
- Initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities
