Roles and Responsibilities:-

  • Achieving Enrolment as well as Revenue targets the company assigned.
  • Follow up on the data provided by the Head HR.
  • Understand customer requirement and be able to position the right candidate.      
  • Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
  • Work with management team to identify and evaluate new target clients.
  • To maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and potential client.
  • Initiate and complete proposals and presentation for new business opportunities
