Job Description:
- Ensuring appointment of dealers as per plan
- Handling distributors / dealers
- Positioning of products to ensure maximum dealer profitability
- Suggesting and implementing BTL promotions for maximizing brand awareness and visibility
- Take orders, track distribution efficiency, assortment availability, brand blocks with messaging and POS merchandising from dealers and key retailers
- Establish strong relationships with store managers and in-store staff
- Track competition activities
- Attending to customers on product complaints
- Ensuring institutional sales particularly hotels , Airlines Kitchen, hospitals
- Taking feedback on customers requirement with respect to new products
- Ensuring day to day smooth running of Distributor operations particularly on deliveries as per promise & other dealer-related issues.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales of Food brands or sales knowledge in the territory related to food products
- Experience managing BTL marketing executions including brand awareness & activations in-store, POS sampling and events
- Good negotiating and relationship building skills together with good written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of trade marketing and brand activation.
- Must know Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Emailing.
- Experience managing distributors and implementing key business initiatives
