Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Data gathering/managementLiaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations
- Identify target markets and analyze current market trends
- Communicating with target audiences, i.e., the self-employed people and managing customer relationships;
- Team player with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business development process.
- Ability to learn new marketing strategies and understand quickly and their applications in business solutions
- Manage promotional activities to endorse products
- Carry out customer surveys to understand demand and manage brand positioning
- Reporting to the Head Office.Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
- Resolving customer issues if any, at the right time.
