• Generate new leads through outbound calling efforts.
  
• Conduct lead generation programs via email and direct mail, social media channels.
  
• Take 100% ownership for initial stages of sales development cycle: new business research, preliminary needs assessment/analysis.
  
• Showing demo to the interested clients through online by using team viewer.
  
• Actively build, manage and report on sales pipeline build up using CRM.
  
• Collect in-depth prospect information for subsequent consultative sales stages.
  
• Work with sales team on sales pitch and prospect presentations and proposals.
  
• Maintain daily sales and productivity records. Present weekly performance 
  
• Build strong relationships with prospects through regular and systematic follow-up and contact programs.

Requirements: 

• Need 0 to 2 years experience on Software services Sales 
  
• B2B inside sales experience in Tele calling and software industry.
  
• Fluent communication in Hindi (Mandatory), English and Tamil
  
• We strongly emphasize a consultative sales approach over 'cold calling' approach.
