Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain sales plans with target customers, goals. 
  • Identifying opportunities as per sales plan Qualifying opportunities. 
  • Prospecting - sales calls/meetings, presentations, recommendations. 
  • Finalizing scope and delivery approach. Proposal preparation and submission. 
  • Finalizing pricing. Closing opportunities. 
  • Contracting & Strategy Creation. 
  • Follow up and confirm payments from customers. 
  • Collections of Account Receivables before time. 
  • Gather feedback from clients on a regular basis and work with other teams for any corrective measures. 
  • Representing 24e-Services in industry forums. 
  • Resolve customer issues & escalations. Manage the governance processes - reviews, reporting. Field Work required.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Liaison with marketing agencies for branding and promotional activities
