Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain
sales plans with target customers, goals.
- Identifying opportunities as per
sales plan Qualifying opportunities.
- Prospecting - sales calls/meetings,
presentations, recommendations.
- Finalizing scope and delivery approach. Proposal
preparation and submission.
- Finalizing pricing. Closing opportunities.
- Contracting
& Strategy Creation.
- Follow up and confirm payments from customers.
- Collections
of Account Receivables before time.
- Gather feedback from clients on a regular
basis and work with other teams for any corrective measures.
- Representing
24e-Services in industry forums.
- Resolve customer issues & escalations. Manage the governance processes - reviews, reporting. Field Work required.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Liaison with marketing agencies
for branding and promotional activities
