Managing day to day performance of all Team member.
Provide necessary feedback / suggestion to R & D / Production / Execution / Dispatch team as & when required.
Monitoring of Sale Revenue.
Ensuring that effective and timely technical & commercial support is provided to customers.
Monitoring overall functioning of process, identifying improvement areas & implementing adequate measures.
Provide direction, support & supervision to the assigned team & ensure resolution to their daily problems
Identify Teams Training needs & Organise training sessions for fresh engineers as & when required for continuous improvement and employee development
Share daily/weekly/monthly reports with the team, review & analyse team data & take appropriate action accordingly
Keeping team informed on target KPIs.
