Roles & Responsibility:-

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new opportunities with new as well as existing client base in the Staffing and Recruitment Industry.
  • Responsible to connect with VP, MD, CEO, Director and Head of Recruitment.
  • Sales and marketing of Collar Search Offshore recruitment specialist services.
  • Reaching out to prospective clients & lead generation through cold calling and client presentations.
  • Setting up Conference calls & Meetings for In-person Discussion about proposal & Contract.
  • Build long term business relationships with client leaders and decision makers.
  • Effective management of short and long-term sales opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • End to end business development for recruitment services.
  • Ensuring sign-ups at competitive rates.
  • Responsible for revenue generation from the various accounts signed up by  them.
  • Manage end to end business development cycle.
  • Evolving SLA's specific to client requirements & business processes.
  • Team management & people development if applicable.
  • Providing inputs of client specifications to the delivery team also ensuring a smooth transition of client relationship to the team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers in major accounts.
  • Identify, develop and close opportunities to grow and expand existing business in current
  • accounts.
  • Achieve established team targets for new sales, sales renewals, database participation and client work.
  • Prepare and deliver customer presentations, demos, proposals, pricing and contracts.
